    August 20th: Weight-In from 11am. - 2pm.
    Physicals from 11am. - 1pm.
    A representative from the OAC will be present
    to issue Licenses from 11am - 1pm.

    First round of Eliminations starts at 6pm.

  • Adult fighters (over 18) must register with OAC first. For those who does not have license to fight in Ohio. Ohio License can be use for 12 months in State of Ohio events.
  • Register online with Ohio Athletic Commission. Must present proof of license (OAC) or receipt payment (OAC)at the event.
  • Fighters under 18 does not need to register with OAC but must have valid I.D. with them to present. (Birth Certificate, passport and other state recognize I.D.).
  • Fighter's parents (under 18) who are not present to this event must have written permission to compete along with coach approval.

    • NOTE: The Blood Test required by the OAC is only for MMA fighters Only!

    Note to All Coaches and Cornermen:
    Please pick up your passes for the evening event during the Weigh-In/Exam time.

    Manditory Judges / Referee / Fighters / Coaches Meeting at 1 p.m.

    We supply the headgear, shin gear, and gloves ONLY..

    NO Tapes or gauges are supplied to the fighters. Bring your own supplies needed for the event.

    Bring your own unopened bottle of water to the ring. No others will be allowed. NO Sports DRINKS!!

    Only One coach and One cornermen allowed in the corner ring when your fighter is competing.

    Video taping permit is $10.
    Must have permit to video tape the show.
